Grenada Citizenship
Started in August 2013, the Grenada Citizenship by Investment program is one of the newer Caribbean programs. The mission of the Citizenship by Investment program is to strengthen the country by creating economic growth through foreign investments.
The Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program is protected by Grenada’s legislation, namely the ‘Citizenship by Investment Act 15, 2013’. This law is documented and published and forms part of the laws of Grenada as framed and approved by the national parliament

Eligibilities
1-Valid Passports, at least 6 months.
2-Clean criminal record.
3- All applicants must do Medical check.
4-Showing liquidity in bank for at least $200,000.
5- All applicants should not been refused from Schengen or UK the last time they applied. If the last status is approval, that will be fine. If refused from Schengen, the applicants should apply again and get approved in order to apply in all Caribbean programs.
6- Grandparents can be included as dependents if they are above 55 years old.
7- Children can be added up to 30 years old, and should be unmarried.
Steps
Step 1: Signing Agreements
Step 2: Pay the initial payment of our fees.
Step 3: Gathering the required documents by government.
Step 4: Translation and Attestation
Step 5: Submitting the documents to the government CBIU (Citizenship by Investment Unit).
Step 6: Payment for the government submission fees.
Step 7: Due Diligence process takes from 60-90 days after the submission date.
Step 8: Receiving the approval, and the client must transfer the investment amount.
Step 9: Citizenship certificate and passport will be issued.
Step 10: Collecting the documents from our headquarter in Dubai.
Documents Required
Client questionnaire: One form for all applicants (ALFA will provide).
Police certificates (For applicants who are above 16):
- From country of origin.
- From country of residence.
Valid passport (For every applicant):
- Colored.
- First 2 pages to be shown.
Identity card (For every applicant):
- From country of origin.
- From country of residence.
Medical form. For every applicant (ALFA will provide the form). All applicants must visit a doctor to answer the questionnaire in the medical form.
- HIV test.
- Valid for 3 months.
- Can be done from any medical center around the world.
Birth Certificate (For every applicant):
Marriage Certificate.
Divorce letter (If Applicable).
Education Certificate (If Applicable): For any applicant who has High school certificate and/or University degree and/or Courses.
(10) Photos (For all applicants):
- 3.5cm X 4.5cm size.
- No teeth shown.
- Forehead must be shown completely.
- Part of hair must be shown at least.
Enrollment letter (For all dependents):
- Original letter states that the children are registered in school/university.
- To be stamped by the institute.
Bank Statement (For main applicant only):
- Last 1 year.
- Stamps on all papers.
- Original is required.
Bank Reference letter (For main applicant only):
- Letter states the name of the client.
- States the date of opening the account.
- States the Account/IBAN number of the account.
- Must be stamped
- Original is required.
Proof of address (For main applicant only):
- Utility bill that states the address.
Source of income (For main applicant only):
- Original Salary Certificate that states the salary amount. (If the main applicant is employee)
- Trade Licenses (If the client is self-employed).
- Title-deeds can be helpful to the application.
Professional letter (For main applicant only, ALFA will provide the template):
- Original letter by a company that you have co-operated with, such as Owners, Lawyers, Auditors, or etc.…
